"Brad was absolutely fantastic. He listened to me complain about how rude other agents were and the 20,000 calls I had been getting after I put my information out there. Online. (Don’t recommend doing that lol) knows how to read his audience and helped me get a cheaper deal with roadside. Definitely recommend giving him a call for all your auto insurance needs."

"I wanted my insurance for my home and vehicle to be at the same agency and my current insurance agency couldn't provide that option. In addition, my rate was going up quite a bit for my vehicle when I had an excellent driving record, no accidents, no tickets, nothing for the past 15+ years. I also didn't drive a lot. I shopped around and filled something on line and received a call from the Doyle State Farm Agency with Brad as my agent. He talked with me about my insurance desires, asked questions in a professional manner and most important to me, HE WAS NOT PUSHY! He was patient as I was in the middle of some projects and even had to go out of town because of an emergency. This agency is great and so is Brad. A big thank you to you Brad!!!!"

"I had multiple experiences of poor communication! I sold my car and asked for it to be taken off my policy. I was told they could put a pause on it for 6 months just in case I got a new car, but told me I would get a refund if I didn't get another car. Fast forward a couple of months, I decided I didn't want to buy a new car and asked for my refund and they claimed that since I didn't tell them to move forward with freezing the policy that it was still active and would NOT get a refund. They told me I should have confirmed that I wanted it paused. Let's think about this...who would want an active account for a car they don't have... I switched to a new company and told them I would not be renewing with them; a week ago I got an email from an agent telling me there was going to be a late charge on my account for not paying to renew my policy. I have never been so frustrated by poor communication. They ended up giving me $33 refund, which was not even close to what I paid for my 6-month policy that I didn't use for my other car. I hope State Farm will improve their communication after reading this review."
"Hi Sierra, thanks for taking my call today. I apologize for the confusion with your car cancellation. When people sell a car and say they may get a new one in the coming months, we always offer to "suspend" the policy to preserve your discounts (specifically the multi-car discount for your other car). We were waiting to hear back if you wanted us to cancel or suspend the vehicle and through that process, we did not get the policy cancelled. Again I apologize. As explained in our call, we were working behind the scenes with our underwriting department to get the approval to backdate the cancellation and get you a refund. That was just approved so your full refund (back to the date you sold your car) should be sent to you soon. Thanks for giving us an opportunity to get this corrected for you and please do not hesitate to call me directly if you have any additional questions. Mark "
